Each bouquet is florist's choice.
Rather than repeating the same arrangement every month, we create unique seasonal designs using the freshest flowers available.
Founding Subscriber Gift
To celebrate the launch of Petal Privé, the first 20 subscribers will receive a complimentary gift with their first bouquet.
Billing Schedule
Your first payment is processed at checkout when you subscribe.
Bi-weekly Subscription
- First payment: Charged immediately at checkout.
- Future renewals: Automatically renew every other Monday.
- To receive the upcoming Sunday's bouquet, please subscribe by Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday will begin with the next delivery cycle.
Monthly Subscription
- First payment: Charged immediately at checkout.
- Future renewals: Automatically renew on the 25th of each month for the following month's bouquet.

Bi-weekly Subscription
- Delivered during the first and third Sunday of each month.
Monthly Subscription
- Delivered during the first Sunday of each month.
Our standard delivery schedule follows the dates above. If you'd like your bouquet delivered on a different day of the week, simply leave a note at checkout. We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

No.
The photos represent our floral style, but every bouquet is uniquely designed using seasonal flowers.
Can I skip a month?
Yes.
You may pause your subscription before your next renewal date.
When will I be charged?
Your first payment is processed immediately at checkout.
After that:
Monthly Subscription
- Renews automatically on the 25th of each month for the following month's bouquet.
Bi-weekly Subscription
- Renews automatically every other Monday.
When will I receive my flowers?
Monthly Subscription
- Delivered during the first Sunday of each month.
Bi-weekly Subscription
- Delivered every other Sunday according to our delivery calendar.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes.
You may cancel your subscription before your next renewal date. Once a renewal has been processed, it will apply to the upcoming month's bouquet.
What happens if my payment fails?
We'll automatically retry your payment and notify you if your payment method needs updating.
